average, our grantee-partnerships grow, deepen and transform over the course of ten-year periods. <\/p>\n<p>Mama Cash\u2019s accompaniment strategy is necessarily adaptive, flexible and attuned to our multi-year relationships with grantee-partners \u2013 we label and structure our accompaniment support in the following consecutive phases of our grantee-partnerships:<\/p>\n                <\/div>\n to two)                            <\/h4>\n                            <span class=\"accordion__item__button g-button g-button--icon g-button--square\"><span>\n                        <\/button>\n                        <div class=\"accordion__item__panel reveal__content\">\n                            <div class=\"accordion__item__panel-inner\">\n                                <p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Mama Cash and the grantee-partner get to know each other; we learn about the partner\u2019s needs. During this time, the partner has access to non-financial accompaniment \u2013 e.g., <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">introductions to donors, support with budgeting and financial reporting, linking up with<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> grantee-partners with similar accompaniment needs. During this phase, partners do not yet have access to accompaniment grants.<\/span><\/p>\n                            <\/div>\n                        <\/div>\n                    <\/div>\n                                    <div class=\"accordion__item reveal\">\n                        <button aria-expanded=\"false\" class=\"accordion__item__header js-reveal-item\">\n                            <h4 class=\"accordion__item__heading\">\n                                Seedling (Years three to seven)                            <\/h4>\n                            <span class=\"accordion__item__button g-button g-button--icon g-button--square\"><span>\n                        <\/button>\n                        <div class=\"accordion__item__panel reveal__content\">\n                            <div class=\"accordion__item__panel-inner\">\n                                <p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Grantee-partners retain their access to non-financial accompaniment.\u00a0 In addition, grantee-partners can access accompaniment grants to support their organisational vision, ambitions and strategic plans.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n                            <\/div>\n                        <\/div>\n                    <\/div>\n                                    <div class=\"accordion__item reveal\">\n                        <button aria-expanded=\"false\" class=\"accordion__item__header js-reveal-item\">\n                            <h4 class=\"accordion__item__heading\">\n                                Transplanting (Years eight to ten)                            <\/h4>\n                            <span class=\"accordion__item__button g-button g-button--icon g-button--square\"><span>\n                        <\/button>\n                        <div class=\"accordion__item__panel reveal__content\">\n                            <div class=\"accordion__item__panel-inner\">\n                                <p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Grantee-partners can access a one-time, end-of-trajectory grant to a maximum of 45,000 euro. This funding may be used to build their reserves, purchase land or property, or buy equipment.
